haha..i am so damn excited now..cos i finally can use my own laptop to online..lol..yeah..the sch system sometimes dunno wat happen de lar..anw..this is already my second week in swiss..well as usual i got so many things to update..how i wish u all are by my side now..so tt i dun have to update every single thing tt happen on me..cos i a bit lazy mah =P

hmm..cos we are learning food and beverage for the first yr, our class have to do service practical..we have 4 classes for year one..'n for my class, we are having practical on wed..the whole day yeah..and it is always will be a tiring day..all year 1 students feel the same...our class is divided into 2 teams for the service and each team will take turn to do service in the 'Lakeside Restaurant' and another team in 'One5 French Training Restaurant' for lunch n dinner..we'll take turn to do each stations..and well for this wed, it is my first time serving in a french restaurant..it's the same for others, too..and well, there are so many rules and regulations that we have to follow..i never imagine that it is that hard to even serve others..and the toughest part is that we are required to hold 3 plates for the main dishes from the kitchen till the guests' table..well, the plates aren't light u know..especially with food inside..argh..i can't really hold it properly lor..i am so scared that i will dropped the plates or even broke it..'n nxt wk we are gg to be assessed on that..

anyway, i am serving lunch in One5..so it's my team turn to serve dinner in Lakeside..'n guess what? i am 'posted' to do the potwash session..after i do it that night, i swear i'll nv do tt station again..lol..cos guess what i've been doing from 5 30pm to 8pm? I've been standing in the washing section 'n I've to wipe dry all the plates that come out from the sanitizing machine..'n it's hot..yeah..my thumb become swollen after tt..

anyway, last week i am doing the service station for Lakeside..and it isn't tt easy either..they really have high expectation for u..'n in this industry..everything has to be fast..argh..maybe i still need more training before i go for internship..

other than service, i guess everything is alright..we have 9 modules to study..well, the textbk are so thick 'n we have to finish all the syllabus by end of jan..can u imagine how rush is tt??

aiyah..lots of things happen in these 2wks lor..i dun even know where to start..maybe nxt time i'll try to update every things that i do in school so that i dun have to try to rem what i've done..

well, this seems to be an international school..yeah.there are lots of different people with different nationalities here..i think this is really fun..it's still summer now..but i think it's going to be autumn soon..I've been here for 2 wks but I feel as if I've been here for very long liao..lol..

oh yeah anw, i am waiting for my laundry now..will go down 'n get it soon ba..'n hor..i think that i'll grow fatter here le..cos lots of food to eat..but sometimes the food are so fattening,too..so i've to eat yoghurt 'n salad after every meal..

well, sometimes when i have a long break during the day, i'll give a miss call to my mum's hp and she will call my room..'n we can chat..haha..miss my family 'n friends for sure =)

oh yeah..my b'day is coming this sun..so fast sia..i didn't even realise it haha..this yr i guess i'll be celebrating it with my friends here..we are saying that we are going to give ourselves a treat in a chinese restaurant..cos u know what..my roommate, shu hua , her b'day is only one day later than me..so coincidental rite..so we can celebrate together..
