well, i wanna talk a bit about the service yesterday..not all maybe because i think i won't be able to finish everything here..so juz summarise some of the things ba..hmm..as usual, service is not easy..our team serve lunch at Lakeside 'n dinner in One5 the French training restaurant..okie..I should start with Lakeside first..I did the clearing station this time..cos I wanna try all different stations..to get more experience..well, i did it with another classmates..yeah..it's really busy during meal time..after we finished we have to help the others so that we all can be released early for break..basically everything is still okie in the afternoon..juz that our team lacks of team spirit..yeah..

as for One5, I think I didn't do it very well seriously..because I am so nervous yesterday..I, myself, dunno why I feel that way..omg..as u know, when I get nervous, everything will juz go very wrong..I keep forgetting things..I forget the steps that I should do..'n lots of other things..'n this week, we are assessed for the holding of 3 plates..well, luckily for main course I am still able to hold the 3 plates from the steel room to the guests..but when it comes to dessert, my right hand is already numb because the plates are really heavy..so it is really hard to get the 3 big dessert plates from the basement to the guests..moreover, the dessert is served on another glass that is put on top of the dessert plates..and the glass slides easily..so I actually almost drop the glass when I am gg to serve it to the guests..lucky Jemma helps me on time..phew..yeah..basically my hands are shaking lar..damn ps lor..so many guests there..

okie..that's roughly for yesterday..I am not really satisfied with my performance in One5..but luckily my guests are very kind people from Year 2..they really help me a lot..keep reminding me..

now I am going to talk about today..well..me, jia ning and shu hua ends our class at the same time today..at 12pm..so we have planned since last week that we are going to another city, Vevey today..well, it's not really far actually ..around 20 minutes by bus..'n can u imagine how excited we are when we reached there..cos there is a big shopping mall there 'n lots of shops..we can see more people there, too..yeah..cos the place we stayed in, Montreux, is really small..that's why we are so excited to see those familiar brand like Esprit, Bata, The Body Shop, etc..lol..we are juz like those ppl that came out from village..ehm..

anyway..we juz go window shopping there cos the things aren't cheap..obviously..yeah..'n now we are back in our room again..we'll plan our weekend for next week again..cos next week, 3 of us do not have weekend duty..so we can go out together..and now, I am a bit tired...argh..I haven't study for quiz tmr ' n I have to prepare the presentation for Communication tmr..dun really sure of what topic to do yet..
