Visa

Last week, I am also busy with all the things needed for the application of Schnegen Visa..visa for the European country..yeah..lots of procedures to be done sia..need to get the insurance thingy, attestation letter from school 'n bank statement..'n also need to make appointment with the Embassy of France..well, I called..'n given the time ..Thursday, 7 December 2006 at 8 30 am..that means I am going to miss classes..'n also to miss the computer quiz..still need to inform the teachers also..argh..so many things to do..I am worried..cos I still haven't get the insurance thingy..although I've already look for the person last Tuesday..hopefully can get it either tmr or Wednesday sia..cos time is running out..My holiday is from 18 December till 7 January..yeah..wanna get the visa before holiday comes..or else I have nowhere to go =(...pray hard that everything goes smoothly..

Marche de Noel

The Christmas Market in Montreux along the Lake Geneva..went there on Sunday afternoon..well, I woke up at 12 pm on Sunday..cos it was really a long 'n tiring wk for me last week..yeah..so decided to go to the Marche de Noel to take a look..well, it was damn crowded..lots of people 'n lots of stalls..very nice..I wanna try to take the big Ferris Wheel one day..I bought the famous Churros..the name of the food..lots of people said that it's delicious..so I decided to try..really nice..

Anyway, I spend my Sunday sleeping mostly..yeah..went to sleep again at 4 30pm..'n woke up at 8 30pm..didn't go down to eat at all the whole day..at night, I ate instant noodle..lol..

Weight

My Korean classmate cum gd fren, Jemma, bought a weighing scale last week..I accompanied her to buy one..'n today I went to her room to weigh my weight..omg..guess what? I am damn shocked when seeing the number pointed by the needle..it pointed at 55kg..I've gained 5 kg in about 3 months here..I've decided to watch out on my diet ..but it's hard..cos I never really thought of losing my weight before..since young..cos I am always so thin..but now, I think I should really started on losing weight..argh..

Fridge

The weather is so cold here..yeah..but still not snowing yet..it rains for the whole day today..The people said that this year the snow comes late ..in almost every countries..maybe cos of the global warming ..'n u know what..our balcony has become a fridge for us to cool our drinks...haha..it was funny lar..cos when the school just started, the operation manager gave us a briefing..'n he said that we shouldn't turn our balcony into a fridge..'n then he showed us the pictures whereby students putting all sort of food at the balcony..at that moment, we've never thought of doing things like that..but now we realised that it's really a good idea to put our drinks outside..it really makes our drinks cool out there..haha..

Culture Night

Singapore didn't take part at the Culture Night..because this semester there are only 3 Singaporeans here..Jia Ning, another guy in my class, and another guy, 38 years old who is doing his Post Graduate Diploma (PGDO) here..so yeah..maybe next time when there are more Singaporeans here, Sg should take part..'n I wanna help out..haha..=P
