it's 1 week already..working in Passagio..well, so far i've learnt lots of things..like yesterday, i learnt how to do the closing, fill the form for the money to be handed in to the office..today is my first time using the credit card machine..as for the drinks, learn a lot as well..aperitifs such as kir, pastis, martini, campari..know which glass to use, know how to make them..the cocktail also..i was taught how to mix them..'n for the a la carte dishes, i learn a little bit by a little bit as customer order the food..learning how to serve, which plate to use 'n what kind of side dishes 'n sauces to be given..the micros system, too..know more about the function each day..

today lunch was very busy..now break time..later still nd to go back to work for dinner service..hmm..wkend is coming..'n that means that i will get even busier and busier..'n more tired also obviously..haha..

but i think the life now is quite fun..staying together with my friend who come from the same school..then work hard together for our attachment..although the working places are different..but everytime all of us reach home, we can share our stories..the happening in our workplace..

well, everyday is a new story..i have a lot more to learn..i think this is really a gd experience..all my colleagues working in passagio are nice..even though they are not in the same restaurant as mine..cos there are 3 passagio restaurant in the shopping centre..one is pizza & pasta..one is asia,where i am working..'n the other one is a bar..

well, i know that there will be one day whereby i have to handle the whole restaurant by myself..but i didn't know that the day will come so fast..next sunday evening..i'll be working alone for service..'n there is another guy working in kitchen..so i have to take responsibility for the whole restaurant all by myself..can i do it?? i hope so..hehe..even cannot oso muz can rite..
i am juz worried that there are some customers who talk to me then i dun understand..also worried about some unexpected cases..hope everything will be smooth on that day..
