yesterday nite i worked because my supervisor called me in the morning..my supervisor was nt feeling well, that's why ask me to replace him last nite..'n well, i knew it..i am in charged of the restaurant by myself again..lol..i am the only one who is doing service..mdm huyen, an employee who has worked there for 5 yrs, she was working in the kitchen..omg..there are sooo many customers last night..i lost count of how many tables occupied..really a lot..until i almost couldn't cope..couldn't breath ..lol..yeah...i was praying that there won't be any customers coming anymore..but it didn't work lehz..haha..

anyway, other than many customers, there is also some problems with the credit card machine..sian lor..then everytime customers paid by card..need to bring to pasta 'n do it there..yeah..i was so worried that there will be some problems when i do the cashing by the end of the day..cos some procedures will be mixed up..luckily everything is alright..yeah..the sale last night is ard 1000+ francs..for a la carte it's quite a lot to me so far..

in my restaurant, every afternoon, we will be having buffet for lunch..except for sunday afternoon cos my restaurant is closed..'n we will also be having buffet for friday 'n saturday night, too..as for other timing, sunday night until thursday night, we will be having a la carte menu..

will be working tonight..seems like wkend is coming soon again..
