hmm..ever since i work with the new manager, i learn new things but also at the same time, have some comments about him..sometimes i don't understand his way of doing things..

yesterday, was the day i reached home the latest since i worked there so far..reached home at 12am..think i can become cinderella liao..lol..even on the busiest wkend, like friday or saturday, i never reached home that late..the latest i think also ard 11 30pm like that..why??

because of different way of doing things..because our restaurant closing time is 10pm supposedly..although sometimes customers stay longer than that time..but normally close to 10pm like that, we don't accept new customers..or at least me..because ours is buffet restaurant..so ard 10pm like that we need to ask the person in the kitchen to clear the buffet..althought the timing is nt fixed lar, flexible..but we have to roughly estimate at what time we can clear..

hmm..the thing is..even if you want to accept customers..i think we need to explain to the customers what time is our closing time..ard what time kitchen is clearing the buffet..explain to them that ..that's all for the buffet..the kitchen is not going to make more le..or else later ppl spend money liao..then no more food to eat..damn bo hua right?? 'n later they will say that it's our fault for nt telling them..so better tell them first..then let them decide whether they still wanna eat or nt..then cannot blame us liao mah.

okie..these few days working with him, he accept the customers that came in like 9 45pm like that..okie...i got nth to say le..started to accept the fact that we can still get as much as we can before the closing time..but yesterday..even ppl who came in at 10pm..he also accept..without explaining to them all those stuffs..k lor..so the person in the kitchen had to wait for all the ppl to finish eating the desserts before he can clear the buffet..think yest he cleared ard 10 45 pm or 11pm ba..can't rem exactly..

hmm..u know working with a manager, i really felt lesser freedom..i mean..i can't make my own decision..or should i say..i dun dare..like for example..i should explain to the customers about the time..but i dun dare..later ppl think that i wanna go home early..reject customers or what..seriously i dun mind staying a bit later..but who knows what ppl think..sometimes when working with him, i need to think about his words carefully..think a lot abt what he had said..cos his words might have other meaning in it..sometimes i really can't guess what's in his mind..

yesterday..i end at 11 30pm..i dun really mind a lot abt it..because i think my schedule for this wk is quite slack..at least few days ago i dun have to work in the morning..n i got my day off today..but i was thinking..if this keeps going on nxt time, when i have to work the nxt morning..wah..wouldn't i be very very tired..reach home so late..nxt day nd to wake up early to work again?

i was thinking..maybe he is new to the working in our restaurant..yeah..see how it goes lor..i'm learning from him, too..

eh..yesterday i got kissed by a xiao mei mei..haha...so cute one sia..customers' kid ..

k now..let me say thanks to zulia, zelda 'n marilyn....i've received the package you guys sent me yesterday..haha..when i reached my restaurant..starting to preparing the mise-en-place...then i saw this package on the table with my name on it..so happie..then i keep it in my locker..well, after tired from working, as about to go home, in the changing room, then saw the package again, really make me forgot all the unhappy stuff..haha..thx lar..

well, juz a small reminder for myself..gotta concentrate more when i'm outside nxt time..especially when crossing the road..what happened yesterday really give me a little shock..but thanks god i'm alright..blame myself a lot on that..now thinking back, really can't think of the consequences if something really happen..
