ANTS INVASION
i can't believe that there are ants in my house!!! i mean in switzerland..yesterday night was the first time i saw ants on the dining table..well, i am soo surprised..cos apparently, they are attracted to the cake that i put on the table..BUT, i used to put cakes there last time and nothing happened..jn said that maybe summer is coming, so all the insects are coming out..well, i don't know where they come from..but they are really soooo DISGUSTING okay..'n they are bigger than the ants we saw in sg !!! lol..SO, from now on, we've decided to keep all the sweet stuffs out of the ants' reach.

well, tmr is jemma's birthday..'n we gave her a birthday celebration on sunday afternoon, since that's the only time all of us will be at home.. oni cooked for us for the first time..'n it was a nice one...she bought a birthday cake for jemma, too..now is me 'n jn's turn..we still haven't buy anything for her..so maybe tmr, we'll get her something when we go out..

i realised that working 6 days a week is a tiring one..well, i have to work 6 days a week starting from last wk onwards..to clear my work time..but well, nvm lor..5 more weeks 'n it will be over..bear with it for a while more 'n i'm gonna be FREE!!!

well, talking abt the "10 types of customers that are not well-liked by the servers in the restaurants" , i thought of one now.. ok..well, we can say that tips is not compulsory here in swiss.. but ppl will still give..to show that they appreciate your service? but i realised one reason why they 'should' leave something for the servers..the restaurants here didn't charge for any service charge!!! nt like in asia, whereby in the bill in restaurants, you will always find GST 'n Service Charge column.. it's already included in the total price, so you don't have to give extra tips..

now, it reminds me of some customers that didn't leave anything after 'making a mess' in our restaurant..for example, there is this family, bringing a kid with them, maybe ard 3-4 years old..'n u know how kids eat, after they leave, the table 'n its surrounding was in a real mess..'n they didn't leave anything..didn't appreciate how WE are going to clear the mess for them ...haizzz..*shake head* ..

there are other examples, too..hmm..another one, last friday, there are reservation of ard 25 ppl, u know such a big reservation, we still have to SPECIALLY arrange the table for them, make extra food for them , clear all those dirty plates, take their drink orders one by one...'n in the end, guess how much they give? 2 francs...lol..i am nt trying to 嫌弃 them..juz that when i compared it with another reservations we had previously, the one with 35 ppl 'n they gave 100 francs for tips..i will feel ..ehm..ok lar..i can an1 wei4 myself..at least they leave 'something'..haha..

well, that's for now, later gonna cook my lunch 'n try to make some desserts..what izzit?? *secret* later can make successfully liao then say..HAHA..
