i am really getting lazier and lazier to blog..cos there are just too many things happening..

on thursday, went to attend a talk ..a presentation..by the General Manager of Ritz Paris..a five star hotel if i am not wrong..a super nice hotel..saw from the pictures he showed us..he graduated from our school in 1993..so an alumni to our school..he told us that he used to sit at the place where we are sitting now..yah..and now..he is the GM..can u imagine that..i was thinking ..yeah..actually many years from now, we are all people with different status..who knows that maybe you and your friend will one day be the leader of some company or what..nobody knows..i think he is the youngest GM..he is only 37 can u imagine that?? yah..he said he used 14 years to get to where he is now..and that to be able to do that, you need education, experience and also LUCK..yah..when u meet the right opportunity at the right time..that is LUCK..anyway, rather enjoy his talk..especially about his way of thinking and experience..well, not everybody can get into that position, so he must have something different from others yeah..

on the same day. during communication lesson, we watched our own video..what video? it's actually a recording made when we did our restaurant business plan presentation..for the mid term exam..yah..we were recorded when we were presenting..and now we have to watched how we have performed..oh my..it's really hard u know..to watch yourself in the video..you will imagine how terrible you are..haha..but after watching the video i realised that actually i performed better than what i've thought..really..some of my group members also thought so about their performance..yah..actually we were so so nervous on that day..but on the video, you can't see it..haha..actually it is a good thing to watch your performance through the video cos by then, you'll know how u really perform in others' eyes..which part u need to improve more..which part you are doing good..yah..a good learning experience..

on friday, went to Geneva..to shop with Jemma..but I didn't buy anything except for a pair of earrings..'n dinner.. When I was in Louis Vouitton shop,I realised that in every LV shop, you will surely find at least a chinese salesman/salesgirl..yah..not only the shops in Geneva, but also the one in Milan..so I am deducing that they are targeting people for tourists from many countries and hence they are recruiting for people who can speak at least 3 language..yah..actually i realised that the employees in the shops came from different countries..and other than french, which is expected from people living in Geneva to speak, they can also speak good English and one other native language..maybe this is done to provide a better service for the customers ba..quite a good effort..

christmas market here has started..went there again with Jemma, David (her bf), David (classmate) and Lee on thursday night..went there quite late..in the end almost 80% of the shops are already closed..well, actually not that late too..8+pm..but the shops here closed early lar..ate churros..nice..and hot red wine..the 2 things that you must definitely try from the x'mas market..had other things also lar..came back super full that day..haha..I wanna take the big Ferris wheel~~~ Fa Ya Bang has taken it on Friday when i was in Geneva with Jemma on friday nite...love Ferris wheel..hehe..

yesterday, went to Bern with Fa Ya Bang..on the school free excursion..took the coach bus..yah..had lots of fun ..at night, watched Ratatouille in the classroom..using the projector..just like a real cinema..haha..

Time really flies..I really wanna enjoy every moment in this semester..especially Fa Ya Bang..really had a lot of fun with them this semester..Next semester some of the members will not be here anymore..and I am sure I will be missing all the fun that we had this sem..dunno what will happen by then ..yah..i am such a sentimental person ~~..after x'mas break, time will really pass even much faster..with all the projects and reports to be due in..and final exam..so I really wish to treasure and cherish this moment..how i wish time can stop..even though i know it won't happened..
